Do you offer refunds?
All domain name orders are final and are non-refundable I'm afraid.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is accepted via all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do you accept cheques?
No.

Why do I pay VAT?
Pipe Ten Hosting Ltd is a UK VAT registered company and all services are strictly for the use of consumers, registered businesses and charities located within the United Kingdom and registered businesses located outside of United Kingdom and as such are subject to VAT.

What happens if I don't keep my payment details updated?
If your payment details are not up to date or you fail to pay for your domain renewal then your domain name will expire. The services running on the domain name will stop working and it will be available for registration by other parties.
